attachicon.gifImageUploadedByFord OC1452720384.220090.jpga Passat ran into the back of her while sitting in stationary traffic....

Sent from the pub with a pint in the other hand.

I hope she got the details of the vehicle/driver? Idiots like this shouldn't be on the road.

She did. The guy accepted full responsibility and even rang her back to say he had informed his insurance. Courtesy car being delivered tomorrow and her car getting picked up before the weekend. Pretty swift I'd say.

Good to hear! As I always say, people make mistakes and if you can admit them and move on then I respect you. Unfortunately most bad drivers are completely oblivious of their lack of skill and/or just don't care - it is those people I hate.

Hopefully the courtesy car won't be a Vauxhall and the Focus will be good as new soon...

Vauxhall hire cars are the worst

Why have ford and Vauxhall under the same roof, our ford dealer is a Vauxhall dealer as well.

Was Vauxhall first then they took on ford and all same garage so WHY????????????

Did I get a Astra and then a Adam when my car was in twice,I WANT A FORD even a transit van.

They give Vauxhall hire cars for the same reason bowling shoes are brightly coloured...no-one would want to be seen in them so they won't get nicked. :P

I don't like Focus drivers who hit my car and then bugger off as if nothing has happened.

In fact I blame you lot for your hatred of Vauxhalls, he was probably a Vauxhall sympathiser trying to get his own back on another Ford. Lol

Things I don't like... the v******l a***a courtesy car left on my drive this morning. Just ruins the whole street.

I don't like being shocked when I'm driving! Spent a whole morning with the typical corsa prats being prats, bmws not indicating and speeding, range rovers ruling the road, then I came across something horrible and unexpected... I know they say expect the unexpected, but when a BMW driver was doing the speed limit AND used his indicator, it left me thoroughly distracted!!!!!

You sure that wasn't a dream?

That'll be a Ford driver in a courtesy BMW, not a true native BMW driver

How did I know it would be a Vauxhall!? :o

I don't like having a 3 day weekend... for the other half to take the kids out with the in laws wedding shopping. Now it's just me and the dog and even he has abandoned me and gone to his bed in the kitchen. Lonely, I am so lonely, I have nobody......

Get yourself down the pub mate & use her credit card . . . :)

Whilst measuring the dimensions of my storage compartment, I don't like snipping my arm between the storage compartment lid and the dash, and getting a blood blister of all things :(

I haven't had one those for years

No friends so can't lol. Might use her card for other things though, car stuff, bills, kids toys. Oh nope wait, that's my card

Had one of them just above my wrist when a cow stood on me. IT's worse when it's a little pinch though, more pain I find

Who needs friends? My red wine is almost always drunk alone...

Last blood wheel I got was through my own stupidity...trying to remove a stuck drill bit with a pair of pliers. Slipped off and caught the skin on the inside on my index finger.

Was quite impressive!! Got back to my cabin and went to have a look and it burst lol

(It was protruding a good 5mm lol)

Cows are heavy things, that's going to be more painful, surely... :o

Following an incident with his then girlfriend's mother, her big toe and a friendly but clumsy cow, my brother said a cow hoof exerts the equivalent of 48 tonnes per square inch, on a concrete path.

Is your bourbon drunk in company then, but wine is a solo affair?

That's got hurt too :o

Cows feet are massive, so it's spread across a larger surface area(same scenario as tennis racket in snow, compared to just your foot in snow) heifers on the other hand, they jeffing hurt. Jamie I don't know how you can drink wine it's horrible, nice whisky and coke or southern comfort and coke for me. Other half likes that combo as well , surprisingly.

No, both are a solo affair. I don't really have friends. My two main ones are Jim Beam and Cabernet Sauvignon. ;)

That's interesting that cows have big wide feet.

Does that mean the snack Brandy has, that are sold as "cow hooves" are probably heifer feet. Dried, they're about 40-50mm in diameter, slightly bigger than pig's trotters

Sound like calf feet

That would make sense, do your dogs have them?

They along with pork swords, are one of the few snacks that take over 2 hours to gnaw one

I was going to photograph one, but Brandy's snack box is all stinky sticks, dried sprats, pork daggers, pig pizzles and ears today, she's out of "cow hooves"

Pigs ears are an occasional treat.

They also have deer antlers to chew on (but not from pet shops as they charge way too much).
