When my dad bought warm white Led lights for my room I said why not get 6000k lights but he said warm white gives that nice cosy look whilst a pure 6000k light gives a clinical look. I've a perfect example of the difference here mate The downlights are on a seperate switch but there 6000k white and the light near front door is warm white

It's just my eyes keep going to the faded plastic trims whenever I wake up every morning and look outside. Did have insult to injury yesterday when I told my dad who didn't seem happy I chose to do it. Don't like it when you break your back and put time and effort into something and you get skulled at 😑. 23 hours ago, Stoney871 said: Is she young and pretty or a bit of an old boot? Sent from my SM-G965F (S9+) Nah there was no motive like that 🤣. She's a married woman I think near her 30s. My neighbour next door his mother and brother in law and wife live in the house opposite. Sadly not long ago the neighbour next to them passed away and she was around 90 and lived alone. Yesterday my neighbour next door helped her grand daughter empty the house out and was looking at what I was doing 😂.

Have you had a few quotes? I've not paid more than £1200 for a composite door with 1 sidelight. That was with bevelled glass and lead work on the door too. Obviously it would be more with 2 sidelights that you have.

I've not priced another place as the wife wants this particular place to do it, Its triple glazed with multi point lock and has a safely open latch can be locked to open on a bar. Won't be happening this year though

They are more expensive than alot of other composite door manufacturers. If your wife is adamant that it has to be that firm then let her pay for it herself!😮😁
